How do membership and order processes take place?

To become a member of our website; Just click the “member login” button in the user menu section and fill in the information under the “sign up” heading. Since you will be informed about membership and order via the e-mail address you specified in the membership form, the e-mail address you specify here must be active. If you cannot see the notification e-mails that will come after your membership and order transactions, we recommend that you check the spam / junk mail folders of your e-mail box.

Can I shop without being a member?

Of course. After adding the products to your cart, you can shop without being a member by clicking the “complete my order” button and then the “continue without membership” option. We still recommend that you become a member to be informed about campaigns, discounts and seasonal opportunities.

What should I do if I forget my password?

When you click the “forgot password” button on the “member login page”, a password reset link will be sent to your registered e-mail address. (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder as well, although rare, the relevant email may end up in this folder). You can change your password via the link sent to your e-mail address and log in with your new password.

When will my order be delivered to cargo?

Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered to cargo on Monday (Orders placed during public holidays will be delivered to cargo on the next business day)

Is it possible to return the product? How does the process work?

You can cancel the orders you place on our website before your package is shipped. It is enough to contact us for order cancellation (you can contact us by mail, phone or whatsapp number). It is possible to return the product by using your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within fourteen days after receiving your order. In this case, you can contact us and use the cargo code we will give you, and you can deliver the product to the cargo company with the original packaging and invoice, with the buyer paid. We will contact you after we receive the package. In line with your direction, we can either send a different product / products or we can make a refund.

My product arrived damaged / defective, what should I do?

We ask you to check your products during cargo delivery. Products with torn, open, smashed, crushed packaging should not be received, and the products should be returned to the courier by issuing a damage report immediately. If you detect a defect in the product that will prevent consumption after receiving your product, you can request a replacement or refund of your product by informing us of the situation within three days from the day you receive the product. In this case, it will be sufficient to contact us and use the cargo code we will give you, and deliver the product to the cargo company, with the buyer’s payment, together with its original packaging and invoice. After we receive the package, it will be examined and if you are right, a different product / products will be sent or a refund will be made in line with your preference.

In how many days will I receive my orders?

Your orders will be delivered to your address within 1-5 working days from the date of shipment. If there is no branch of the contracted cargo companies at your address (if you are in the mobile region), your package will be delivered on fixed days when the cargo companies will deliver to the relevant region.

How can I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order in the “Cargo Tracking” section on our website. After your order is shipped, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with a cargo tracking number. You can see the package status by entering this tracking number in the relevant section in the “Cargo Tracking” section of our website.

Do you deliver to all over the world?

We carry out our shipments with DHL Cargo. We can deliver to the address and to the door in all destinations where this company has delivery points in 140 countries. Our technical team will provide support and inform you about the alternative solution.
