PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payment via IYZICO. The full amount will be charged on the date of purchase (ie when you confirm your purchase). All prices include VAT and any shipping charges (if any) will be added while your order confirmation is in progress based on the delivery address. Cultural Heritage reserves the right to give advance notice of the prices of products at any time.
TRANSPORT
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to all countries, even if we ship to all over the world by dhl cargo in general. You can reach the full list of countries we do not ship to by sending an e-mail to info@culturalheritage.com.tr. Additional duties and taxes may be incurred by customs in the destination country and will be the buyer’s responsibility. Cultural Heritage cannot predetermine the exact amount of these fees.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you can request the exchange or return of the products that you need to return to us, together with the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if the tags and original packaging are completely intact. The Cultural Heritage Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed and/or damaged. You are responsible for shipping returned items to the Cultural Heritage Online Store. Items lost during shipping will not be compensated. Shipping costs for returned products belong to the customer. However, the Cultural Heritage Online Store will not charge additional shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original buyer’s credit card or bank account within two weeks of returning the item. Note that additional taxes and/or taxes are non-refundable. There will be no shipping costs either. All exchanges are subject to availability. Defective items will be replaced with the same type of item, subject to availability. Returns for defective products can be made within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns may only be made as described in the Cultural Heritage Online Store’s instructions.
RULE VIOLATION
Cultural Heritage reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. People who violate the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be prosecuted.
UNINTENDED CAUSE
In the event of Force Majeure, Cultural Heritage’s obligations are postponed. In such cases, the contract between you and Cultural Heritage may be terminated in whole or in part by you or by Cultural Heritage. Force Majeure is war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockade, power outage, interruption of telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Cultural Heritage will, under these circumstances, do everything in our power to resolve the issue for our customers as quickly and completely as possible.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Turkish law, and you agree that Turkish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from those in Turkey and there may be additional legal requirements for your use of this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
