Warranty And Return Conditions
All products are under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see any damage, return the product to the courier by keeping a record. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Policy
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 14 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are essential.
From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; The use of the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.
Pursuant to the relevant article of the Distance Sales Regulation, “The consumer is obliged to cover the return costs, not exceeding the delivery costs, if it is agreed in the preliminary information and the amount is included in the return with the carrier stipulated by the seller.”
In case of return with a carrier other than the one specified for the returned products, the return cost is borne by the consumer. Otherwise, the refund will not be received.
